Selfless mentality

There is nothing wrong with wanting others to understand you but you should not be so caught up in yourself that you cannot see what others are trying to convey. I have been guilty of it. We have all been guilty of it at some point in our lives. Life is not surrounded by any one person. Your voice will be heard and you are worthy of getting your thoughts out. Do not get too caught up in only your hurt, pain and message. It feels good actually when you help others and when you listen to what another’s perspective is. It can be an enlightening experience.

Overcomer (Romans 12:21)

Life throws a lot of obstacles your way but it is the way we react to it that shows our strength. Focus your energy on the positive rather than the negative side of things. We are so quick to respond to a hater or someone else doing something wrong. The positive and good in situations tend to get overlooked because we are not right within. Once we realize how our behavior impacts not just us and our families but also the impact it has on the world. Then we will come to the realization that this is serious and can be approached differently for a better result.
